Sumaya is a Lebanese grandmother whose kitchen is in Beirut and whose grandchildren are in Lisbon.

When she comes to visit, she fills her suitcase with food and ingredients which she claims you can only find in Lebanon. What follows is an authentic Lebanese feast, from the mezzes to the grilled meats to her hearty cooked dishes. Inspired from these experiences and our passion for food, we want to share an authentic Lebanese table with you.
